Every bodybuilding program is essentially a strength training program at heart, and all bodybuilders should be placing their primary focus on adding more weight to the bar over time. There is no scientific evidence that these other supplements are helpful over calcium and other vitamins and minerals. I would recommend using a low dose of supplements if you are doing bodybuilding as the benefits they offer are very minimal. These supplements may have the effect of burning muscle for calories, and this is what is important for bodybuilders.

The point is they aren't doing you any good. They also have too much fat, and are very expensive. I'd recommend you simply start using the supplements I have listed.
